• employee starts with his NH exchange enrollment flow
• arrive on recommended plans screes
• employee enrolled in say STD plan [applied amount 500 | approved amount 0] - election went for pending EOI
• employee completes his enrollment flow
• admin accepts the Pending EOI request.
• with above action Applied and Approved coverage becomes $500
• employee re-starts his flow by clicking on change NH elections

when he went on enrollment screens - again the approved amount was 0 and Applied amount was 500 which is wrong. Both should have been 500 here ideally
