Exchange
- say GI is set over $0 for NH
- employee starts with his NH exchange enrollment flow
- arrive on recommended plans screes
- employee enrolled in say STD plan [applied amount 500 | approved amount 0] - election went for pending EOI
- employee completes his enrollment flow
- admin accepts the Pending EOI request.
- with above action Applied and Approved coverage becomes $500
- employee re-starts his flow by clicking on change NH elections
when he went on enrollment screens - again the approved amount was 0 and Applied amount was 500 which is wrong. Both should have been 500 here ideally
