This is the second client that I have seen this with so I need some clarification - It looks like when a file was loaded, the tiers changed -
BUT we dont see the new tier which is causing confusion when reviewing history - Can you please help me understand why we are not seeing this anymore? This was also an issue with Prime Healthcare.
There are total 3 plans enrolled into the system through import enrollment on 10/31/2015 Viz:
1. Blue access PPO – core plan active all
2. Superior dental- basic plan – active
3. Blue view vision- active
Each of them was enrolled with the EE and spouse but there is no record of spouse in history for the plan Superior dental- basic plan – active
We have also crossed checked the history for dependent spouse and demographics but found nothing (refer screen shot dependent spouse history.png and demographics view history.png)
The spouse is not reflecting confirmation statement and on enrollment summary for these plans (refer screen shot confirmation statement.png), requests you to please look into this issue. Thank you!

Concern : when a file was loaded, the tiers changed Cause: With current implement of import,when we load election data current active enrollment got update with new health tier as provided in import file (its calculated from Employee , spouse or child records from file). In this context, old enrollment was with E+S tier but on 11/02/2015 , File imported with E only. hence in this case E+S tier gets wipe out and got new health tier i.e. E only. Correction: This is default behavior of the system and Please refer WT-6041 Election Import Issue for more details ( #1 issue)
