ACA 2017 Under ACA Customization, instead of showing all medical plans, we should show previous year plan and existing plans.

      Description

      In ACA Customization, instead of showing all medical plans,
      we should show previous year plan and existing plans
      For e.g: Currently 2017 year is going on.ACA customization should display 2016 plans
      (in case if they are already terminated) and old plans which are not yet terminated.

          Verified this change request as per the test scenarios mentioned in WT-9200.xls attached sheet for Production environment ,working as expected.

          We have verified basic testing of Jira. Its working fine for scenarios which are tested till now.
          Scenarios tested are as follows.

          1.added test plan with termination date set to Null
          2.added test plan with termination date set to 12/31/2015

          and checked whether plans is displaying on ACA customization screen.

          We will continue testing for tomorrow also

          We have verified above mentioned enhancement on LB & Azure.
          Its working fine.
          We have added updated test case document with test case results.
