          Hi Chris Ellenberger,

          Please co-ordinate with Symphony and let them know about completion of this particular enhancement.

          We have turn on the EOI enrollment for below mentioned Spouse plan for Symphony on both Stage and Production.

          1) Spouse Voluntary Life Plan
          2)Spouse Voluntary Critical Illness Plan

          We provided all possible test scenarios to CIGNA , and they all executed successfully.
          CIGNA has already approved and Sign off this on both Stage and Production. Please refer attached email communication for same.

          Please close this ticket , once you received positive feedback form Symphony for same.
