          We are sending 1094-C for year 2015 in separate email.
          To down load same copy, go to company City of Durham.
          Navigate to Home >> Company Home >> BenAdmin Home >> BenAdmin Company Home >> ACA >> IRS Report
          Edit report "1094C for Durham"
          Click on Show Run.
          Download the Run with Run date as for 06/26/2016.
          PFA screen shot for additional information.
