      Description

      Used UiRefresh QA Test2 and CAISO for rate cloning

      Steps

      1) Cloned 2017 Anthem Healthy Advantage HDHP Rate from CAISO to UiRefresh QA Test2 Company on Azure
      2) Clicked on Cloned Rate
      3) Edited Start Date
      4) Clicked on Save

      Result : Server Error

      Note: this is only for health plans

            2) Clicked on Cloned Rate
            3) Edit Start Date

            Result : Server Error

            Please find below 3C's:

            Concern Functional - Any company - Partner Login - Rate Clonning - across company > Getting server error while updating start date for cloned health plan
            Cause In this scenario trgUpdBilledRateAndSelfInsuredChanges_Log trigger Getting server error while updating start date for cloned health plan because Sub-query returned more than 1 value.
            Correction We have fixed code for this. Now it working Properly.

            This fix is verified on Azure and it is working as expected . Fix is moved on production along with another JIRA WT-9638 so marking this as Closed.
