Verified below scenarios through Admin login

Scenarios :

1) Verified Confirmation statement Report if spouse type is Ex- Spouse and Ex- Spouse having ongoing enrollment --------- 

Issue - Dependent Information is not displayed if enrollment effective date is Retro Date / future date .

2) Verified Confirmation statement Report if spouse type is Ex- Spouse and Ex- Spouse does having enrollment --------- Dependent Information is not Displayed - Working Fine 

3) Verified Confirmation statement Report if spouse type is Ex- Spouse and Ex- Spouse having enrollment with termination date greater than today' date - 

Issue : Dependent Information is not displayed 

4) Verified Confirmation statement Report if spouse type is Ex- Spouse and Ex- Spouse having enrollment with termination date Less than today' date
 --------- Dependent Information is not displayed - Working Fine 

5) Verified Confirmation statement Report if spouse type is Ex- Spouse and Ex- Spouse having enrollment with termination date equal to today' date
 --------- Dependent Information is not displayed - Working Fine 

6) Verified Confirmation statement Report if spouse type is Ex- Spouse and waived enrollment - 

Issue : Dependent Information is displayed for waived enrollment.[ Same behavior on UI - Confirmation statement so need to verify from enrollment leads]

7) Verified Confirmation statement Report if spouse type other than Ex- Spouse.
 Working Fine

8) Verified Confirmation statement Report if employee having two spouse with different relationship types

Issue : If Employee having one spouse and one Ex-spouse . Enrolled in plan with tier EE + SP + EXSP with effective date 04/01/2017 . EX-spouse record is not displayed on Confirmation Statement report.

9) Verified Confirmation statement Report if Employee status is deceased and having one spouse [ Status - Surviving Spouse ] and One child [ Status - Active ] ------------ Both Dependent [ Spouse and Child] information are displayed under Dependent Information. — Working Fine

10) Verified Confirmation statement Report if Employee status is deceased and having one spouse [ Status - Surviving Spouse ] and One child [ Status - Decesed ] ------------ Spouse information are displayed under Dependent Information. - Working Fine

11) Verified Confirmation statement Report if Employee status is deceased and having one spouse [ Status - Deceased ] and One child [ Status - Deceased ] ------------ Dependent [ Spouse and Child ] information are not displayed under Dependent Information - Working Fine.

12) Verified Confirmation Statement Report if Employee Status is Active and Spouse status is deceased ------- Dependent information are not displayed – Working Fine

13) Verified Confirmation Statement Report if Employee Status is Active and Child status is decaesed ------- Dependent information are not displayed – Working Fine

14) Verified Confirmation Statement Report if Employee Status is Active and Spouse and Child status are deceased ------- Dependent information are not displayed – Working Fine

15) Verified Confirmation Statement Report if Employee Status is Active and one Spouse status is deceased and other spouse status is active -------- Active Dependent information is displayed – Working Fine

16) Verified Confirmation Statement Report if Employee Status is Active and one Child status is deceased and other Child status is active -------- Active Dependent information is displayed – Working Fine

17) Verified Confirmation Statement Report if Employee Status is Active and one Child status is deceased , One child status is InActive and other Child status is active ---------- Active Dependent information is displayed – Working Fine

18) *Need to verify one scenarios *: 
 1) If employee having enrollment in plan with tier EE + SP + CH with effective date 05/01/2017. 
 2) Changed Dependent status to Deceased with effective date 05/10/2017. Enrollment are changes 

like as 
 05/01/2017 - 05/09/2017 = EE + SP + CH
 05/10/2017 - NULL = EE

If we ran confirmation statement report with time span 05/01/2017 to 05/09/2017 then Dependent Information are not displayed on Report [ Behaviour is same on UI also]
