QBs spouse is not showing enrolled in Medical, Dental or Vision. Per WT she should be enrolled effective Nov 2019. Per notes in CP only Spouse should be enrolled in Medical. QBs spouse is available at 248-330-3276.
Spouse does have appointments starting tomorrow and is requesting a resolution before then. She wanted to speak to Admin now but I explained the process and she will receive a call back.
I saw that the spouse is enrolled, she said the carriers are telling her that she is not. I should not have mentioned that Per notes in CP only Spouse should be enrolled in Medical in the first comment, I knew that.

EE's spouse gave a call back. She was expecting a phone call yesterday because she requested it. Aetna is letting her know that she is not enrolled benefits, although the images above show otherwise. She has a doctor's appointment on Friday and she would like this completed as soon as possible.

Kristi Smith Hello, the QB called in stating that she called Aetna today and they are indicating that her coverage is non-existent and terminated out 10/31/2019. Is it possible to re-confirm the enrollment with Aetna?

I just called Aetna . She confirmed they have her on COBRA for Medical, Dental, Vision and RX effective 11/1/19. The QB may not have provided the correct ID to them. Please make sure she is providing them her ID when she calls in which is W258577465 and her SSN. She can get a temp card online at www.aetna.com to download a temp ID and they have issued new cards to her. That confirmation # for a new ID card is 7262904553
