Do Not Send COBRA Notice

We're currently in the process of correcting the benefit term date for Brian Ishmael to 11/30/19. The client has requested that we do NOT send another COBRA notice to the family at all.

Thank you for assisting with this matter.

To confirm our conversation this morning, please DO NOT send a new COBRA notice when then the benefits are termed. She already received the first one, and there were particular sensitivities with the auto language on "termination" versus coverage ended.
