else disable the delete link in Forms library grid

Done with API's to update Isdeleted flag to true for completed forms and archive forms.
Done with angular frontend calls to API (not committed).
Retrieving data for forms library for archive templates need to check flag IsDeleted and ignore them logic changes left.
