Review and Sign Signature image saving issue in case of HTML forms

In case of HTML forms, while adding signature as an Image, the signature field is not getting saved.

NOTE: Saving signature as a Text is working fine.

Also when adding values to new fields in Review and Sign apart from the mapped fields, they are not getting updated.
