Send Forms | Giving Error

      Description

      Send Forms -> upload any action or reference document -> next

      SendFormDetails -> Delete the uploaded document and go back to send forms

      Now, select any document and go next. It will through error

          With below steps getting error:

          1. Send Forms -> upload any action or reference document -> next
          2. SendFormDetails -> Delete the uploaded document and go back to send forms
          3. Now, select any document and go next. It will through error
            So, reopening.

          As discussed, we tried to repro this issue on preprod environment with steps given by you, but not able to repro it.
          So can you please help us to repro this issue?

          This issue has been fixed and deployed on pre-prod. Now you can not reproduce it.

          The issue is verified an dresolved no error or blank page found with mentioned steps.
