DMS Platform Security

Overview:
DMS platforms will be able to accept and store PII securely, as well as DMS client will be able to determine the length of time in which they would like to keep/store documents within the DMS.

User Stories
1. As a DMS user, I want to know that my documents, including documents with PII, are securely stored so that nothing is compromised.
2. As a DMS user, I want the ability to determine how long a document should be stored within the DMS system.

Entry Criteria:
*DMS user accesses DMS system.

Exit Criteria:
*The DMS user exits DMS.

Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I am a DNS user, I know my forms and documents are securely being stored.

• IF I am a DNS user, I have let CareerBuilder know how long I would like to store documents within the DMS so that adhere to our company policies on how long these should be kept.

Prerequisites:

• User is a current user of CBAT, CBES, or WT.
• User knows how to access portal either by link or within CB application.
