Apply permission | Completed Send Forms library | Delete ISsue

      Description

      1.Login with Admin who have Delete permission : False
      2.Complete forms will not be able to delete
      3.Then update the delete permission : True
      4.Login with admin, admin should be able to archive and delete the forms

      Actual : Even though delete permission permission is true Admin is not able to archive and delete the form

      Same issue exists for Edit email template deletion.

            Hello Jayshree Nagpure,

            Delete permission is get used only for deletion. To move template to Archive , need to set update permission to true.

            Editemailtype issue is solved. editemailtemplate is child page of Editemailtype , so it will use permissions of Editemailtype page. Even we set permissions for editemailtemplate.

            Same changes are applied to sendformdetails & previewForm , as both pages are child pages of SendForms. So they will use SendForms permissions , even we set them permissions.

            This issue is resolved under Jira DMS-1104.

            2.For Edit email template - Issue fixed
            3.For Send Form details and preview - issue is not resolved

            Are you confirmed ApplyPermission flag set to 1 before testing.

            We found flag as 0 , due to that permissions will not apply.

            Please check by setting flag to 1.
