Environment: PreProd

Steps:
1. Send Email to new user
2. Click Link > Registration Popup
3. Skip
4.Review and Sign > Signature
5. Decline to Sign > Add comments > Submit
6. After clicking Submit when we click Back navigation arrow, registration popup still appears
7. Now, click Register all registration data appears blank.
8. Cannot add email id as well
9. Update details > Sign
