1.Create template with HTML document
2.Manage permission : Editable
3.Send the document :
Priya.dhamande@harbingergroup.com
4.Review and Sign : Observe that submit and decline button is disabled

PFA -

Buttons should be enable if permissions are editable

Hi Jayshree Nagpure,

I am not able to repro this on pre-prod using above mentioned steps. I used existing Html template with editable permission and also created a new one with editable permission. I am able to decline and submit successfully.

This might have been fixed in intermediate patches.

Please verify again and let me know if there is any specific scenario.
