Modify API: Dashboard tiles counter should be the count of active and archived records. Currently, it's also counting deleted records.
Earlier implementation: All the active and archived document templates belonging to logged in user's companyid are shown. No condition of user ID was present.
New Implementation: All the active and archived document templates created by the logged in user including global templates are shown.
On admin login, template library will show templates as per new implementation.

The count is verified against the Template for Active and Archieve Template.
