DMS in CBAT: Does Decline to signed status show in the candidate history?

      Description

      As a candidate, I declined to sign "Anna Test W4 PDF". However, when I log into CBAT and open the candidate, I am not seeing it reflected that the candidate declined to sign this form.

          Unable to verify on CBAT as login is unavailable.

          We checked Template name : Anna Pena Test W4 , issue with company email field.

          We have updated company email fields details into system.

          Can you please confirm once at your end?

          Also if you are still facing this issue , please provide template name.
