Loading message alignment improper

      Description

      1) Open Template Library
      2) User is present on Active template page
      3) Click on Archived template
      4) System shows "Loading please wait" message , here alignment is incorrect.

      Expected -> Instead of text, loader should display

            Hi,

            The following point of removing Text in case of loading of data tables has been removed and the code is updated in DMS-128 branch.

            I have created a New Pull Request for the same.
