I tried to resend documents to a candidate and I see no indication within the ATS that it was resent (new date, etc..). Also, it sent one document twice (the employee handbook).
Also, if I click on the initial email from the first round of emails, I can see the new forms were sent, but the "Review and Sign" are greyed out. I have to click into the new email to see them; is that expected behavior? Also, wouldn't it be confusing for a candidate that they see more than one? Shouldn't the other ones expire or at least no longer be available so that candidates can't sign the documents twice? Perhaps that is what is the intent, as when I click on the original, I get a pop-up but with no words. However, I get that when I click on the resent document as well.
