Hi Monika Demla,

Please find answers to your queries below : 

1. Monika  - I tried to resend documents to a candidate and I see no indication within the ATS that it was resent (new date, etc..). Also, it sent one document twice (the employee handbook).                  DMS - Shamooka Mohapatra , Is it same that you mentioned on slack about resending documents?

2. Monika - Also, if I click on the initial email from the first round of emails, I can see the new forms were sent, but the "Review and Sign" are greyed out. I have to click into the new email to see them; is that expected behavior?

DMS - This(Review and Sign greyed out) was permission issue which is resolved now. Can you please verify again?

3. Monika - Also, wouldn't it be confusing for a candidate that they see more than one? Shouldn't the other ones expire or at least no longer be available so that candidates can't sign the documents twice? Perhaps that is what is the intent, as when I click on the original, I get a pop-up but with no words. However, I get that when I click on the resent document as well.

Hi Swapnil Pandhare

We need to show Last resend date saved in ATS side, best to show in the history section. Please show the dates on-

• Initial Date when the document is sent 
• Last resend date

If the user send document more than 5 times then we need to show Initial date and last resend date, this way we are skipping 3 dates in the middle.. Hope this makes sense

The Document shouldn't be allowed to send more than once. If user attempts to send the document again, we should see an error - " This Document is already Sent on [date]"

"Review and Sign" shouldn't be greyed out, If it is Greyed out it should say - "No Longer Available to sign"
