Scenario
As a Job Seeker/Candidate, I need to be able to control the data that has been pre-verified (Work and Education histories) and determine what companies I have applied to can see this verified data and for how long.
Entry Criteria
- User goes to cb.com.
- Goes to their profile.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Each company that is listed shall have controls to determine what data to share and the duration for each (DMS-1326).
- These controls will be at an "All" level and a "Per" level:
- All - Configurations can be applied to all companies on the list.
- Per - Configure each company individually on the list.
- These controls will be at an "All" level and a "Per" level:
- The historical data that is pre-verified shall consist of:
- Work History
- Education History
- Both Work and Education History shall be all or nothing, meaning that all historical records shall be shared, not at the individual level.
- This means that a Candidate's last 3 places of employment are pre-verified, then those 3 will show to companies (if configured to show)
- When data is configured to be shared, then the User shall be able to determine the length of which the data is available to the companies.
- Duration of length shall have the following configurations:
- Period of Time - Specify a Start and End time
- Day, Month, and Year
- No need to go to time level, but when the days first starts based on UTC 0
- Process Points - Step in the Process occurs
- No longer a candidate
- Accepted another offer
- Period of Time - Specify a Start and End time
Exit Criteria:
- Saves or moves to another page.
