DMS: Review Sign Page Feedback (Enhancements)

      Description

      Couple comments on the review/sign page:

      1.) Where in CBAT can recruiters see comments/files a candidate posts on the review/sign DMS page? Since CBAT users would be in DMS, it's not clear where this communication can be seen.

       

      2.) As a candidate in the DMS portal, it's not intuitive that you must enter and post a comment in order to successfully Attach a File. I was trying to upload an attachment and nothing was happening, then when I added a comment, it pushed the attachment through and posted the comment and attachment. It should either be indicated that you must add comments in order to actually upload the attachment, or you should be able to upload attachments without needing to add a comment.

          HI Samir

          I have handled the validation over comment section. Now You can add an attachment and post it without any comments. But If you have not attached anything then the comment section will be required.

          Hi all,

          I talked with Monika Demla and she was going to inquire about this to see if it was surfaced up in CBAT when a Sertifi comment was left.

          If it was not, then my preference is that we hide this communication part until we can surface it up via integration.

          With Sertifi, on the email that was sent back to the client that the forms were complete there was a link to the candidates portal where client could see everything going on. Monika Demla, if you would like more info on this - reach out to Jeff Ozenbaugh and he can show you!

          In Sertifi : All the comments tremain in Sertifi portal. They are not housed in ATS. Apart from decline status
          However with DMS we should be able to house these information to make it easier for recruiter to see what Candidate has commented and they will not will have to click on EYE and then click on Link and then a new tab opens up to see the comments.


          we should have comments section in the history just like we are providing today for decline reason.

          As the direction is to have this information be accessible in the integrated products, there needs to be work done on the product sides to consume this information, as well as ensuring DMS sends it.

          Will be scoped into future roadmaps.
