HITT customer's PDF was not editable even with editable rights ( HITT Application.pdf
) and signature control not visible ( Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace 10-29-18.pdf )

Editable issue of HITT Application.pdf: This PDF contained fields with 0 as font size and we apply the fonts of the PDF fields to the HTML overlay. As the font size was 0, it was giving an illusion that PDF is not editable. As a fix, we have inherited default font of the page if the font size is null.
Sign Issue of Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace 10-29-18.pdf : The signature field contained field type as 'Sig' which indicates digital signature control. This field type was not handled for signature which resulted in normal textbox for sign.
