Company email doesnt appear to populate TO and Printer Link doesnt work

      Clicking the noreply@cbinternalbeta.luceosolutions.com hyperlink opens an email but there is no address in the TO line. similarly Print Document Link doesnt work. I am unable to see Printer availability pops up. It doesnt do anything when i click on it,

            Description Documents can be submitted without being signed. There was a test W4 that I did not sign but hit submit. Shouldn’t there be some error or something prompting the user to sign first. Could we have a contingency on signature?
