Issue:
When 2 recruiters send a text message to a single candidate, it appears as a single thread in the message center. This means that to a CBAT user, there is a single thread that is coherent but to the candidate, there are 2 separate threads from 2 separate phone numbers.

Steps to recreate:
Recruiter 1 sends a text message. Recruiter 2 sends a text message.

Current outcome:
Both appear in a singular thread

Ideal outcome:
Recruiter 2 is forced to start a new thread.
