Document type Filter | To add Payload of Document template type and Document type

While getting request for Latest status and status-history , only Document type is shown

Expected : In payload of status and status-history ,Document type should show as action and reference and document template type should show as Offer letter.
So that it would be easy to verify the filter scenario against document type.

Current implementation : In payload of status and status-history ,Document type should show as Offer letter, there is no entry of reference and action document
