Please find below details.

Concern:  On click of cancel button, system should not show updated pup-up. 

Cause: On cancel button submit event get triggered due to which submit form and popup message.

Correction: We have now set proper type 'reset', now it will not display message.

Note: We have not implemented redirect  functionality as it getting done when we implement bred-crum functionality.

We have verified this fix on preproduction.
On click of cancel button all data is reset instead user should navigate to template library page. we have already mentioned in expected result.

Verified this fix for template library page only.
Now on click of cancel > User is navigating to template library page.
For other page we have separate tickets.
