Template Library -> Edit form redirects to upload form, on click of Cancel button pop-up is showing as Document updated successfully

Replication Steps :

1) Open template library page
2) Click on Edit form
3) Redirects to upload form page
4) Click on cancel button without making any changes in form
5) System is showing document updated successfully

Expected -> On click of cancel button, system should not show updated pup-up and should redirect to template page
