Use `cand_email` as candidate identifier.

As discussed, I verified the records against the query which you provided.
There were very few records in the database which matched the records as in attached sheets.
I have marked the status as done whichever I found as matching. PFA the updated sheets. test_candidates_updated.csv

Also, I think we should review the data and the query for search as I found very fewer rows.

In this request, emailaddress :"ritika.sharma@careerbuilder.com" is sent with "SourceUserId":"10". In DMS db, for this email address, sourceuserId stored is 11 previously. Also, in excel attached this email address has 3 different candidate ids. Please confirm, which one to keep. Accordingly, we will update in DMS.

in production spreadsheet so it should not be a problem for Prod.
For Test environment please use SourceUserId 11 for ritika.sharma@careerbuilder.com
