When Recruiter click on Document Link - to view signed document, it doesnt show signature on the page. It does show all mapping fields but it doesnt show the signed part

Couple comments on the review/sign page:
1.) Where in CBAT can recruiters see comments/files a candidate posts on the review/sign DMS page? Since CBAT users would be in DMS, it's not clear where this communication can be seen. !image-20190424-204151.png|thumbnail! 2.) As a candidate in the DMS portal, it's not intuitive that you must enter and post a comment in order to successfully Attach a File. I was trying to upload an attachment and nothing was happening, then when I added a comment, it pushed the attachment through and posted the comment and attachment. It should either be indicated that you must add comments in order to actually upload the attachment, or you should be able to upload attachments without needing to add a comment. |

Hi Robert Malony,
Based on the above screenshot we need few details to replicate the scenario and test the case as we tried with few documents and the signature field was getting mapped.
Please provide the Document Template name which you are using in above example.
Also please check this ticket type as its marked as New Feature.

Environment: Preprod and Production
Login: Candidate
Template Type: PDF, HTML and TEXT
Steps:
1. Candidate Login > Review and Sign Page
2. Select document > Add Signature > Submit
3. Select Signed document
4. Signature available
5. Click download
6. Check downloaded document for Signature
7. Signature available
Verified for all template types.
There may be probability, Signature may not be having mandatory permissions. So, during submitting Signature was not added and document submitted accordingly.
For getting more details, can you please provide Template Name, so that we have analysis and confirm the same.
