      Overview:
If the user has mentioned that they would like to Set Permissions on forms, then we would allow user to set permission on Form level. A template should have permissions set. If you are creating an offer letter template, then system should ask you questions about what type of category of recruiters this offer letter is provided.

      Entry:
      1. The user is logged into CB Applicant Tracking.
      2. The user sends a candidate form(s) via workflow ad-hoc or in workflow steps

      Exit:
      User checks notification in inbox

      Prerequisites:
*User is a current user of CBAT.

      Acceptance Criteria:
Ability to set permissions on Document template to differentiate from one recruiter to another. For e.g on a Corporate, Executive, FT or PT level configurations.
On the Document Template we can provide options to

      Share / Private
      Delete
      Replace
      Rename
      Edit
