*Overview: *Sertifi allows users to send documents out of their system. These members doesn't have to be in any system to send the documents. An easy way to send documents to anyone including those who require multiple signatures. DMS should be able to send documents to anyone outside of CBAT. The send document should be visible on Dashboard on all the send information is provided.

DMS recruiter dashboard - Send file section

Acceptance criteria:
As a DMS user I should have an ability to send a file to anyone using Send file feature on the dashboard
AS a DMS user I can click on Send File so that I can send a document.

• On Send File a Pop up window will open that will ask user to enter relevant information to send a file
  • File Name - user will provide the name of the file that he/she wants to send
  • 1st level signer(s) - User will enter the email address of recipients, if there are more than one Recipients, then user will enter additional emails via commas
  • 2nd Level Signer(s)
  • 3rd level Signer(s)
  • CC section anyone who needs to be notified
  • Provide a section of comments for personal message
    Once user enters all these information, they have an option to click Cancel or click NEXT to complete the process
    If user clicks on Cancel then it will cancel the form and user returns to dashboard.
    If user click on Next - user is directed to next page where user has an ability to attach a file and click BACK or Finish & Send
• Choose File button is available to browse the file and attach it.
• User click on Finish & Send - to send the file
• If user wishes to go back and make changes to the email addresses. user can Click BACK

Exit
User send the document by clicking Finish & Send
User clicks BACK
User click CANCEL
