      with 

      "timeOffCompensation" as field tile following with text area. 

       Please refer the field "Beneļ¬ts and eligibility" in PDF.

          Please find the attachment of updated pdf file.
          1. I have updated the field of "Time Off Compensation" with text area.
          2. I have corrected the spelling as "Time off compensation" label instead of "timeOffCompensation".
          3. Removed the field of "Time off compensation after 10 days, you will be eligible for 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) which must be approved by your manager".
          Please check and let me know if changes needed.
