We have verified the issue it persists for Text type only & code changes are done & will raise PR under DMS-1524 once all testing is completed

Please find below-verified scenarios for this issue

1. Send the form to the candidate with a signature tag in text type template – (signature image in the mail) - pass
2. Download sent form the signature image available in that file.
3. send forms preview with SA he is able to see the signature.
4. API create document text template. (send document -1)
5. API preview link text template with signature. (send document -0)
6. API create document link. (send document -2)

Hi All,

Please find 3'cs for this Jira

Concern:- Signature link is appearing very long in email.

Cause:-Signature of a user was not handled properly for text type template base64 string was rendered directly while creating a document from a template.

Correction:- we have corrected the logic by appending the required tags for base64 string before processing final output.

Along with this, we have tried to cover all scenario related to signature for TEXT type templates.
