Page: Review and Sign

Steps:
1. Candidate Login
2. review Sign Page
3. Select Review and Sign radio button

Expected: All documents pending for review and Sign should be filter
Actual: Review and Sign radio button selection displays Declined documents as well

Refer screen capture.
