Steps;
1. Candidate Login > Review and Sign Page
2. Select > Attach File
3. Select Attachment Type
4. Cancel

Issue:
1. Next time Candidate opens attach as file popup, the Attach Type selected in Step 3, is remains selected
Candidate needs to refresh page then only it gets removed.

2. As Attachment type already selected, candidate can upload without adding any attachment.
