DMS| Production | Send Forms | Incorrect validation text for cc field

Environment: Production
Login: Admin
Browser: FF and Chrome
Page: Send Forms

Steps:
1. Admin login
2. Send Forms
3. Add incorrect format of email address for CC field
4. Validation displayed

Expected: Validation should have text "Email must be a valid email address" , similar used in To field.

Actual: Weired text appearing: PAGES.SEND_FORM_DETAILS.VALIDATIONS.ADDITIONAL_SIGNERS_VALID
