Found two additional issues :
1. The company logo is not updated properly to default logo if no logo is set.
Steps

• Login
• Select company from drop down (company 1 : having logo)
• Select company from drop down (company 2 : not having logo)

• Actual result : showing logo of company 1 to company 2
• Expected result : should show default logo for company 2

2. Cancel button is not working for create document from

• create document link from side panel
• add new document button from template library screen

• Actual result :
  Create document link -> cancel button -> no redirection
  Add new document button -> cancel button -> no redirection

• Expected result :
  Create document link -> cancel button should redirect to dashboard
  Add new document button -> cancel button should redirect to template library
