Description

In the dashboard implementationm, the offter letter information needs to be shown.

We need the flitration on documentType in status Summary api.
API is:

/api/documents/{sourceProduct}/statusSummary

Function changes : CompanyDocumentHistory() - needed to pass additional parameters(documenttype and templatetype)
SP changes : DMS_SP_Get_DocumentHistoryForCompany.sql
New procedure added : DMS_SP_CommaSeparatedStringToTable.sql
New UDF added : 002_~~DMS-1580~~_Function_SplitString.sql

Verified for CBATS, Oboard, CBES source product.
Able to successfully run API, with desired output.
