Replication steps :

1)Open Completed forms library Url
2) Select the document name
3) Click on Action send/resend
4) Forms should be send/resend

Expected result -> Emails are not sending

Hi Jayshree Nagpure

Emails are sent only if document are uploaded under Action required/Reference.

This is a bug.

As of now if Action required/Reference documents are uploaded then only email are sent.

I have resolved the attachment issue but as the deployment branch is not yet set up, I have not committed my code.

You will get this fix in next build.
