      Steps:
      1. Admin Login > Create HTML template
      2. Send Forms
      3. Preview > Base 64 URL appearing
      4. Send
      6. Completed Sent forms > Download
      7. Base 64 URL in download as well.

      Candidate Login
      1. Review and Sign
      2. Base 64 URL instead of Signature component

      No Signature component.

          Hi Samir,

          The issue is due to HTML inputs created.

          The signature field is not having ID containing signature word, so its showing as a normal text field.

          I have updated the HTML and added in attachment for review.
