I am referring to "BAT_HTML_07082019" template. The issue is for all HTML templatate you create.

We are getting Base 64 Url in signature field.

Steps:
1. Send Forms > Send
2. Completed Sent Forms Library
3. Signature Base 64 is appearing.

Hi Priya Dhamande,

For Completed/Form page we have issue for Text files only, in Text format the complete file is being downloaded without any input or form fields due to which the signature is showing as Base64 string.

For this case we already have ticket created i.e  DMS-1456
