      Environment: Preprod
      Login: Admin
      Browser: FF and Chrome

      Steps:
      1. Admin login
      2. Completed Send Forms Library
      3. TEXT Template > Download
      4. Error > File not found

          Hi All,

          Please find below 3C's

          Concern: Completed form library - download file not found.

          Cause: As we checked we found that. Path which return from API for text file is not properly return. This is caused due to recent changes done under DMS-1579.

          Correction: We have fixed this now and tested for all types  ie PDF,HTML and Text.

          Assiging this for code review to Samir & Rohan J Khandave

          The issue is resolved and verified for text document on Completed Sent forms library.
