Header overlapping issue in document review page after reload.

      Description

      1. log in with the candidate.
      2. go to review & sign of any documents.
      3. reload screen on review & sign page.
      4. Header distorted due to the mobileui header.

            Steps:

            1. log in with the candidate.
            2. go to review & sign of any documents.
            3. reload screen on review & sign page.
            4. Header distorted due to the mobileui header.

            With above steps header is appearing as expected.

            Refer screen capture. So, marking jira done.
