We have verified all file types, and below are observations:
1. able to get Send forms successfully
2. Also, we received email for all file types
3. Able to see all the documents on review and Sign page
4. Able to successfully submit the documents.

Samir, can you let us know details like template name and valid email id to whom the document is send. This will help us to identify the issue.

Hi Shamooka Mohapatra,

We have verified both the documents.
It was observed that, both the documents are archived. Refer screen capture for the same.

This has been handled from UI end that Archive document Admin cannot send. But need to handle from API end.

Rohan J Khandave, can you please look into the same.

Also, Shamooka Mohapatra, we have un-achieve the mentioned documents and verified for its flow.

You can use these documents for testing.

We have added validation for Archived & Deleted template into CreateDocument & CreateDocumentCustom API.

Below are 3 C's.

Concern: On candidate login not able to view document.

Cause: Send Forms document not shows Archived & Deleted Document templates. API level no validation is provided to check template ids are deleted or archived.

Correction: We have added validation for deleted & archived templates.

Code changes are done under DMS-1625.

Points covered:
1. If Archive document is Sent > Validation send for document is Archive
2. If Active document is sent > Link is available in response
3. If Archive and Active document is sent > Link for Active and validation message for Archive document.
4. Link generated is open
5. Review and Sign of Candidate
6. Document tested for Submit
7. Document tested for Decline

As all mentioned scenarios worked as expected, marking jira done.
