Concern : Registration pop-up prompted even after registration done if click the link sent in email.
Cause : While displaying Registration pop-up, the condition is not checked whether the user is already registered or not.
Correction : Need to write new function to check whether the user is already registered or not.

Tasks : 

1. Need to write new API GetUserRegistrationStatus to get whether User is registered or not.
2. Changes in review-and-sign.component.ts to check User Registration Status.
3. Unit testing

Environment: Preprod
Login: Candidate and Admin

Steps;
1. Admin login > Send Form
2. New Email Id > send
3. Email received > click link
4. Candidate Login > Registration popup
5. Continue
6. Update details on registration page
7. Now, on email click link
8. Login page is opened

Issue is resolved and verified on Preprod.
So, marking jira done.
