CBATS : Document Status Summary API Changes Needs to add Rejected Documents

      Description

      As per discussion in call with Shamooka Mohapatra. Document status summary API should include rejected documents.

      Currently this API returns Completed , Pending , In-Progress document list.

      GET URL : "/api/documents/{sourceProduct}/statusSummary"

          Environment: Preprod - ONEIM
          API: api/documents/CBES/statusSummary

          Able to successfully run API.
          Both rejection reason and Document link added.
