Login: Admin
Browser: FF and Chrome
Page: Send Forms > Preview
File Type: PDF, TEXT and HTML

Steps:
1. Admin login
2. Send Forms > HTML file > Preview
3. Edit changes
4. Error

Hi All,

Please find below 3C's

Concern: Error on while sent forms.

Cause: As we checked we found that generated model changes getting push pre production but database changes were not push. This cause because we are using one database for all developer.

Correction: We have added missed on tables.
