The template  PHILIPPINES ICRIM &  NEW ZEALAND ICRIM (MOJ)  create using HTML uploading and on that HTML, there are duplicate control names .  Ideally HTML should not have duplicate control name. Which is already convey by Mohd Belal while doing this implementation We have removed a duplicate field from back-end for the template PHILIPPINES ICRIM. NEW ZEALAND ICRIM (MOJ) template having around 7 duplicate fields that need to be corrected on HTML and then create a new template as of now I have corrected them from the back-end.
